Our excellent R&D team consisted of talents with very rich practical experiences as well as theoretical background. we are well equipped with professional measurement systems such as the revolutionary KLIPPEL covering LPM, LSI, TRF, 3D-DIS and the ultimate 3D vibroscanner SCN. other broadly used software and hardware such as LEAP5, FINEMotor, FEMM, CLIOwinQC are all in place for product development.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing capabilities cover automatic coil winding and diaphragm assembling, automatic magnet module assembling, and 3D gluing machine. our production lines are equipped with Klippel QC, Soundcheck QC and CLIOwin QC system for in-line testing, our reliability test lab also is fully equipped for speaker unit products .
